Return & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at on any of our social media platforms. If your exchange is accepted, you have to make a new purchase of your desired article and size from our online store and let us know your new order ID. Items sent back to us without first requesting for an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that below mentioned additional amount will be charged on your exchange order.
- Rs.250 for Karachi
- Rs.400 for outside Karachi
Damages & Issues:Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get full refund of the item you have, you need to ship the footwear you have back on the warehouse address
Once you do that, send a picture of the receipt on any of our social media platform and you will get the refund in 3 working days.
Please note that you refund will be made only for the product value not for delivery charges and shipment charges.
We don’t accept parcels through Pakistan Post.
