The fastest way to ensure you get full refund of the item you have you need to inform us within 7 days after delivery and you need to ship the footwear you have back on the warehouse address

Once you do that, send a picture of the receipt on any of our social media platform and you will get the refund on Saturday of the following week.

Please note that you refund will be made only for the product value not for delivery charges and shipment charges.

We don’t accept parcels through Pakistan Post.

Pakistan: 3-4 business days for KLI 5-7 business days for other cities. Exceptions within Pakistan: Even though we use one of the largest courier services in Pakistan, we are bound by their coverage. Therefore, in case your shipping address is in the courier's non-service area (areas in which the courier doesn't deliver), we will contact you and try our best to have it delivered via other means if possible. Please note during adverse weather conditions, pandemic and festivals, delivery time may vary.
